Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company goals to drive business growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities within the financial sector.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic partnership gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal) to ensure smooth integration of partnership initiatives.
  • Report on partnership performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
