Lay Day Uluwatu is seeking a visionary Senior Pastry Chef to take the helm of our pastry kitchen. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily production and operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and update seasonal menus, creating innovative dessert concepts that reflect current culinary trends.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of pastry cooks and bakers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, control food costs, and minimize waste to ensure optimal profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel or resort setting.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse kitchen team.
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, chocolate work, sugar art, and pastry decoration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
