Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check-in processes efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Assist healthcare professionals with administrative tasks and clinical support
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of information
- Coordinate with insurance providers and handle billing inquiries
- Support clinic operations including inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Train and mentor junior patient service associates
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in patient service or healthcare administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and office applications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
