Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end processing of complex payroll cycles for various Arch entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure proper allocation to the general ledger.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies in all payroll activities.
- Investigate and resolve intricate payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, analyses, and forecasts for management and internal stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to payroll.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in payroll accounting, preferably within a multinational company or shared service environment.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory remittances (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficiency in using major payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex payroll issues clearly.
- Willingness and ability to work a night shift schedule to align with global business operations.
