Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB/LHDN filings.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, summaries, and variance analysis for client review.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee record maintenance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries regarding payroll and administrative procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes of client employees.
  • Stay updated on Malaysian employment laws and tax regulations to provide accurate advisory support.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration or outsourcing services.
  • Strong proficiency in Malaysian statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with payroll software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data with precision.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay to interact with diverse client stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict monthly payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
