Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing including calculations, deductions, and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports for finance and HR departments
- Support payroll system enhancements and process automation initiatives
- Act as primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolutions
- Manage payroll audits and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis
- Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) with professional proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with cross-cultural payroll operations in multinational environments
