Simcorp Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Controller to join our dynamic finance team in Taguig City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the financial controlling of the group's total compensation costs, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and full compliance with the group’s finance manual. You will lead payroll-related financial reporting, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with HR and local finance teams to uphold best practices across the region.
As a Senior Payroll Controller, you will take ownership of the payroll controlling function, ensuring that all compensation transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported in accordance with local regulations and corporate policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the group's payroll controlling process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting of compensation costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to the group's finance manual and local statutory requirements for payroll accounting.
- Conduct monthly analysis and reconciliation of payroll-related general ledger accounts and cost centers.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll operations to validate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present payroll financial reports, variance commentaries, and forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external audits related to payroll and compensation matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes, controls, and systems.
- Monitor changes in payroll-related tax laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance and timely updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in payroll controlling, financial accounting, or audit, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine taxation, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, and other statutory payroll requirements.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and liaising with external auditors.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and adapt to changing priorities.
