Join SF International as a Senior Payroll Executive and lead our comprehensive payroll operations for a large workforce. This pivotal role demands expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements while maintaining strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws. You'll manage complex payroll cycles including deductions, bonuses, and overtime calculations for hundreds of employees, leveraging advanced payroll systems to streamline operations.
Your responsibilities will extend to payroll reconciliation, statutory reporting, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for large-scale employee headcount
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements and company policies
- Manage payroll deductions, bonuses, and overtime calculations
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports to government authorities
- Reconcile payroll data with HR and finance systems
- Lead payroll team members and implement process improvements
- Handle confidential employee payroll information with discretion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian EPF, SOCSO, and income tax regulations
- Proven experience managing payroll for 200+ employees
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Leadership experience in payroll operations
