As a Senior Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
  • Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax regulations
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR team on employee data updates and changes
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and rectify errors
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information
