Join Geohan as a Senior Payroll Specialist and take charge of our end-to-end payroll operations in a dynamic, multi-site environment. This pivotal role demands precision, compliance expertise, and proactive process optimization to ensure seamless payroll execution across all locations. You'll be the guardian of payroll accuracy, navigating complex regulatory landscapes while driving efficiency improvements that directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational integrity.
As a key member of our finance team, you'll collaborate closely with HR and department heads to resolve payroll discrepancies, implement best practices, and maintain strict adherence to Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying process bottlenecks and developing innovative solutions that enhance payroll accuracy and timeliness. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete payroll lifecycle including data collection, processing, and disbursement for multi-site operations
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
- Conduct regular payroll audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll inquiries and process exceptions
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and reduce errors
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, including monthly tax filings and annual payroll summaries
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes
- Stay updated on legislative changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience with 2+ years in senior/supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations, tax codes, and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and HRIS systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and process documentation
- Professional certification (CPP, FPC) or equivalent preferred
