Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional first-line People Operations support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and promotions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and data within the HRIS system.
- Assist management with workforce planning, talent management, and performance review processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and Singapore labor laws.
- Foster strong relationships across the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Support payroll administration and leave management tasks to ensure compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a People Operations, HR Advisor, or HR Generalist role.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
