As a Senior People Partner Manager, you will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational success
- Partner with department leaders to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention challenges
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and recognition programs
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a People Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in organizational development and change management initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
