As a Senior People Partner Manager, you will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational success
  • Partner with department leaders to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention challenges
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and recognition programs
  • Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a People Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
