BaliSuperHost, the leading vacation rental management company in Bali, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-budget campaigns that drive direct bookings and maximize ROI across multiple digital channels.

We are seeking a strategist who thrives on analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization. You will work closely with our creative and tech teams to scale our presence in a competitive global market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, execute, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and travel-specific platforms.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize spend, and maximize ROAS and direct bookings.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy experimentation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting visual assets and landing pages.
  • Manage marketing budgets across multiple channels and provide detailed monthly reporting on KPIs.
  • Implement and monitor tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and advanced attribution modeling.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing to refine messaging and user experience across the booking funnel.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing, ideally within the hospitality or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Deep understanding of the full-funnel marketing approach and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Experience managing significant monthly ad spends with a focus on profitability.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
