Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection for civil service positions.
- Implement and enforce the Omnibus Rules on Appointment and Personnel Rules in the BARMM region.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
- Administer personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy laws.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to enhance workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are updated and communicated effectively to staff.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a holder of a valid Second Certificate of Eligibility (CSE) or equivalent professional licensure in HR Management.
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the government or public sector.
- Thorough knowledge of the Civil Service Commission's rules, regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and MS Office applications.
