- Dispense and verify medications with precision while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and adherence strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
- Oversee pharmacy inventory management and cost control initiatives
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for pharmacy services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care or community settings
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and software
- Certification in a specialized pharmacy area (e.g., oncology, geriatrics) preferred
