Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense and verify prescription medications accurately and efficiently in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Offer comprehensive pharmaceutical counseling to patients and their caregivers regarding medication usage and potential side effects.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to ensure medication availability.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory guidelines and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and review medication therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the hospital's computer systems.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
