- Develop and implement comprehensive pharmaceutical service plans for EGH departments
- Oversee medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy interventions
- Ensure compliance with HSA regulations and hospital pharmacy standards
- Optimize drug inventory management and supply chain operations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives for pharmacy services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with valid Singapore Pharmacy Council registration
- Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience with 2+ years in senior role
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and clinical guidelines
- Proven experience in medication safety and inventory management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in pharmacy information systems
- Postgraduate qualification or specialized certification preferred
