Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and optimization of pharmacy information systems (PIS) and automated medication management solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, test, and deploy clinical decision support systems that enhance medication safety.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional best practices.
- Translate complex clinical requirements into functional technical specifications for IT stakeholders.
- Provide expert training and support to pharmacy staff on new digital tools and software upgrades.
- Analyze pharmacy operations data to identify bottlenecks and implement evidence-based workflow improvements.
- Participate in the continuous monitoring and troubleshooting of pharmacy technology platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must be a registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of clinical pharmacy experience; prior experience in pharmacy informatics or health-tech is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medication safety principles and computerized provider order entry (CPOE) systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and clinical communications effectively.
