Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
- Execute specialized therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on self-management techniques and preventive care strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid registration with the Singapore Physiotherapy Board
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy
- Strong expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, or geriatric rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to educate diverse patient groups
- Certification in specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, sports physiotherapy) preferred
