We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Planner to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex construction planning activities across multiple sites. You will ensure that project schedules are aligned with business objectives, resources are optimized, and stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for EPCC projects.
- Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors to ensure alignment of planning activities with site operations.
- Perform resource leveling and analysis to optimize workforce and material allocation across multiple locations.
- Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and milestone reports for senior management and clients.
- Conduct site visits to gather accurate data for schedule updates and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Manage change orders and their impact on the overall project timeline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in construction planning, specifically within the oil & gas, marine, or industrial sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.
- Proven experience in managing EPCC projects across multiple sites.
- Excellent knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and scheduling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
