Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Create detailed plans for design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or resource constraints
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between schedules and actual progress
- Prepare regular reports on project status, milestones, and critical path activities
- Implement and maintain project controls systems to monitor schedule performance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation
- Support project teams in developing recovery plans for delayed activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, preferably in the construction industry
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present schedule information clearly
- Experience with construction project lifecycle from inception to completion
- Certification in project management or planning (e.g., PMP, CSM) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry standards
