Bali Management Villas is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Pool & Garden Technician to join our professional team in Badung. In this role, you will be the custodian of our luxury property exteriors, ensuring that our pool systems remain pristine and our tropical gardens thrive to meet the highest hospitality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning of skimmers, pumps, and filtration systems.
- Conduct regular garden upkeep, including lawn mowing, plant trimming, weeding, and landscape fertilization.
- Monitor and repair pool plumbing systems, lights, and mechanical components to prevent downtime.
- Manage landscape irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage and plant health.
- Ensure all outdoor guest areas are kept clean, tidy, and free of debris daily.
- Coordinate with villa management to schedule deep-cleaning or intensive landscaping projects.
- Maintain equipment inventory and request necessary supplies for maintenance operations.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed in both pool and garden areas.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician, Gardener, or Facility Maintenance professional, preferably in the hospitality/villa sector.
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry, pool filtration systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of tropical plant maintenance, irrigation, and gardening tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strict quality standards.
- High attention to detail and a passion for aesthetic excellence.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Understanding of basic English communication skills is an advantage.
