- Develop and implement comprehensive production planning strategies aligned with company targets
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth operational flow
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products
- Manage production capacity planning to meet demand fluctuations
- Implement inventory control systems and procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and capacity utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the transportation and logistics sector
