- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans that align with sales forecasts and customer demand
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of furniture products
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement inventory control systems
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product specifications are met
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC roles, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and inventory control systems
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with furniture production processes and materials is highly desirable
