Join our dynamic team as a Senior PPIC professional and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing supply chain. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of production planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless workflow and optimal resource utilization. You'll analyze demand forecasts, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with market demands. The ideal candidate will implement data-driven strategies to minimize waste, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to lead process improvements and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure material availability and delivery timelines
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead inventory audits and implement cycle counting procedures for accurate stock management
- Prepare and maintain PPIC documentation including master production schedules and material requirements
- Collaborate with logistics to optimize transportation and warehousing operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or production planning role within manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Certification in Production Planning or Supply Chain Management is preferred
