Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations to C-level stakeholders and technical teams
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solution proposals aligned with client requirements
- Conduct in-depth product evaluations and proof-of-concept implementations
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively
- Develop technical collateral including whitepapers, case studies, and ROI analyses
- Provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales lifecycle from qualification to closure
- Partner with product engineering teams to gather customer feedback and influence roadmap
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or solution engineering roles
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or enterprise software
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Proven track record in solution design and architecture for enterprise clients
- Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Cisco, Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
