Persol Outsourcing is proud to partner with a leading Statutory body in Singapore to recruit a Senior Processing Officer for Scholarship Claims. As a Senior Processing Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of scholarship claims, including verification of documents, data entry, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. You will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any queries and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administrative or processing roles, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be expected to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify scholarship claim applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain records in the processing system.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants and stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in documentation.
- Generate reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative or processing roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in a government or statutory board setting is advantageous.
