Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for construction projects including sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with project timelines and budgetary requirements
- Conduct market research to identify qualified suppliers and evaluate cost/quality parameters
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors specializing in construction materials and equipment
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain robust vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and local regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast procurement needs and resolve supply chain issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with 5+ years in construction industry
- Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor relationships
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and cost structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and compliance requirements
