Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed decision-making and product iterations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product status, risks, and updates effectively.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage the release lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Drive innovation initiatives that enhance user experience and retention.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Fintech or Tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in leading product launches and managing product lifecycles.
