Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive business analysis initiatives to identify improvement opportunities
- Solve complex operational challenges through data-driven problem-solving methodologies
- Manage stakeholder relationships across departments to ensure project alignment
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Develop detailed project documentation and progress reports for leadership
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in project management or business analysis
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence
- Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in food industry or FMCG is highly desirable
