Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality control procedures on site.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed progress reports, and manage project budgets effectively.
- Handle A1 Main-Con specific requirements, including documentation, permits, and site supervision.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in project management.
- Valid A1 Main-Con license is essential for this role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects within budget.
