Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end HVAC project execution including design, installation, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards, local regulations, and client specifications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS integration, and energy-efficient solutions
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD MEP)
- Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale construction projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with stakeholder management experience
