Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project development lifecycle from pre-construction to project handover.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor site progress daily to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, including budget tracking, progress updates, and risk mitigation.
- Lead project meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the construction schedule.
- Resolve onsite technical issues and bottlenecks to prevent project delays.
- Review project documentation, including architectural drawings, tender documents, and contractual agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or site management, specifically within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement processes, and relevant local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and lead diverse project teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
