- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of facilities development projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and clinical staff

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed developments
- Oversee vendor management, procurement processes, and contract administration

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare facilities development or construction
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CPM, or RICS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex projects with multi-million dollar budgets
