We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Executive (Interior Fit Out / Commercial) to join the dynamic team at Talent Trader Group. Based in the vibrant Central Region, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality commercial interior solutions. In this key position, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate office transformations. You will be responsible for ensuring that every project meets our rigorous standards for design integrity, functionality, and timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to final handover for commercial interior fit-outs.
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking of variations.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with building codes.
- Manage and liaise with external vendors, subcontractors, and consultants effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, including progress updates and financial summaries for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial interior fit-out or project management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes (MEP, joinery, finishes).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
- Valid relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
