Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects
- Manage project budgets and financial controls, conducting regular cost analysis and forecasting
- Oversee contract administration, including preparation of tender documents, contract reviews, and negotiations
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Conduct site visits, quantity measurements, and valuations for interim and final payments
- Advise on construction law, building regulations, and contractual obligations
- Implement value engineering solutions and cost optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Project & Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or project management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and local building regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is highly advantageous
