As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project managementāfrom initial planning and resource allocation to final delivery and post-project evaluation. We are looking for a professional who can manage high-stakes environments, mitigate risks effectively, and lead cross-functional teams with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Banking Sector Coordination: Collaborate closely with banking stakeholders, compliance officers, and regulatory bodies to ensure all project activities meet strict financial and security standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and budget overruns specific to high-security construction environments.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction work adheres to industry safety codes, quality benchmarks, and contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to senior management and clients, maintaining transparency throughout the project duration.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Senior Project Management within the construction industry.
- Banking Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with or for banking institutions, understanding their specific regulatory and operational requirements.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and construction management tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
