We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead critical construction initiatives in Petaling Jaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to minimize costs and delays.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Lead and mentor project teams, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and financial forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
