We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, orchestrate project lifecycles from conception to completion, and drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives. You'll be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects deliver exceptional results within budgetary and temporal constraints. This position offers the opportunity to shape infrastructure development in one of Malaysia's key economic zones while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead cross-functional project teams through all lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial accountability
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive contingency planning
- Optimize resource allocation across human, technical, and material assets
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Generate progress reports and present insights to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience in construction
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in budget forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and standards
