In this pivotal role, you will provide effective project management leadership for public sector infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in infrastructure project management to lead complex initiatives in Singapore's dynamic construction sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to construction completion and handover. Your expertise will be crucial in managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring project success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage public sector infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and design consultants
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale public sector infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable
