Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for major construction and renovation projects within the integrated resort.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee various consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and government agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets safety, architectural, and engineering specifications.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within large-scale commercial or hospitality environments.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and workplace safety and health (WSH) standards.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and BIM technologies.
