Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and enforce project governance protocols ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop comprehensive risk management strategies and mitigation plans for large-scale construction projects
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with clients, contractors, government bodies, and community representatives
- Drive project performance optimization through KPI monitoring, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Oversee project budgets exceeding MYR 10M, ensuring financial controls and cost efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and subcontractors
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification mandatory
- Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in construction project management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding MYR 50M in value across commercial/residential sectors
- Expertise in Sarawak's construction regulations and local permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and BIM technologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
