Join Prawathiya Karsa Pradiptha as a Senior Project Manager - HCMS/HRIS and lead transformative HR technology initiatives. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership in designing and implementing Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). You'll spearhead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial blueprint development and business process re-engineering to stakeholder engagement and successful deployment. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance HR operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and employee experience across the organization.
We seek a results-driven professional with deep expertise in HRIS/HCMS implementation methodologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for HCMS/HRIS implementations, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and design system blueprints aligned with HR best practices
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication across all organizational levels to ensure project alignment
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence while mitigating risks
- Coordinate technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless system integration and quality deliverables
- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, test plans, and implementation guides
- Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with 3+ years in HRIS/HCMS implementations
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to map complex HR business processes
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
