Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of port and harbor development projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and client requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet critical milestones
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial controls to maintain profitability and fiscal responsibility
- Implement robust risk mitigation protocols and contingency plans for maritime construction challenges
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, surveyors, and regulatory compliance officers
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction quality, safety standards, and progress tracking
- Manage stakeholder relationships including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience with 3+ years in maritime/port infrastructure
- PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation
- Proven expertise in coastal construction methodologies and marine engineering standards
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong understanding of Philippine construction regulations and environmental compliance
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing large-scale capital projects
