We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join Globalpoint Far East. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and directing construction activities across various development projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of works, managing the project lifecycle from conception to completion.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently. We are looking for a leader who prioritizes safety compliance and operational excellence within the competitive Singapore construction landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, and execution phases to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to local safety regulations and construction standards at all times.
- Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to report progress and address concerns.
- Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and site staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s construction codes, regulations, and building practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
