Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Project Manager / Project Manager specializing in ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) to join our dynamic engineering team in Kampong Ubi. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for ACMV projects, from conceptual planning to final commissioning.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Supervise onsite activities to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and material tracking to optimize project costs.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical submittals, and site meeting minutes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and implement effective solutions to prevent project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with building codes and project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience specifically within the ACMV/HVAC industry in Singapore.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical ventilation, air-conditioning systems, and relevant building regulations (BCA/NEA).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and demonstrate strong financial acumen.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (preferred).
