Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Perform critical path analysis to identify potential bottlenecks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement, engineering, and construction timelines.
- Monitor site progress and compare actual performance against the baseline schedule.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Lead schedule review meetings and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment.
- Identify and analyze schedule variances and implement corrective measures proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for construction projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Proven ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical data to diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on a fixed night shift schedule in Makati.
