Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 8 years' experience in cost management roles
- RICS or equivalent professional certification required
- Proven track record with large-scale construction projects
- Expert knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local building codes
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX)
