Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of cost control, including estimating, budgeting, and final account preparation for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates to ensure accurate project planning.
- Monitor project progress against the budget and report on any cost variances or potential overspends immediately.
- Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and assessing applications for payment.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other consultants to resolve financial and technical issues.
- Ensure all project documentation and reports comply with relevant local regulations and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, pricing mechanisms, and tendering processes.
- Proficiency in using QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
