Tanggung Jawab
- Lead M&E quantity surveying operations across project phases including tender preparation, cost estimation, and final account settlement
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract specifications for mechanical/electrical works
- Conduct value engineering studies and cost-benefit analyses to optimize project expenditure
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contractual compliance
- Monitor project progress against budget forecasts and implement cost control measures
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for stakeholder review
- Provide contractual advice on claims, variations, and dispute resolution
- Mentor junior surveyors and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E quantity surveying experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Professional certification (RICS/MQSI) or equivalent industry accreditation
- Advanced proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction regulations
- Proven track record in tender preparation and contract administration for M&E projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
